Get to know me
Hello, I’m Molly – an Assistant Psychologist and Nutritional Therapist passionate about supporting people to live fully and intentionally. I am also a MasterChef UK 2025 Contestant!
For the past six years I have worked clinically with children, teenagers, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. I also support clients through autism assessments and post-diagnostic support, always from a neuroaffirming and compassionate perspective.
My approach blends evidence-based talking therapies, such as Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with holistic practices including nutrition, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and nervous system regulation. I believe that mind and body are deeply connected, and true healing comes from tending to both.
I currently work face-to-face with clients at Prime Psychology and online with EFT clients and for Sussex Autism Assessments. I am also involved in the marketing and social media for The Heart and Soul Doctors.
I hold an MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh and a BSc in Sociology from the University of Bath. Alongside this, I am a Level 1 & 2 Accredited EFT Practitioner and have a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The Health Sciences Academy. I also volunteer with It’s Time Charity, which is close to my heart, after having lost my dad four years ago.
I live in Edinburgh with my husband and our lurcher. I love to dance, run, hike, and swim in the Scottish waters – all ways I connect back to myself and the natural world.
